It bit me not know I had to do this, letting people know it here doesn't help the first app, but does let them know it needs changing

    1313  1. Open /translator/Application.cfm 
    1414  1. Do a find and replace, changing "modelglueapplicationtemplate" to "translator" 
     15  1. Open /translator/RemotingService.cfc 
     16  1. Do a find and replace, changing "modelglueapplicationtemplate" to "translator" 
    1517  1. Open http://localhost/translator. You'll get a message saying that "Model-Glue is up and running!" If you don't, and you can't figure out why, now's a good time to sign up for the [http://groups.google.com/group/model-glue Model-Glue Google Group] and post a question.
