onRequestEnd doesn't run when an exception happens

I have some code in onRequestEnd that does some logging. Its not getting called when an exception happens. I'd like onRequestEnd to always be called, even on exceptions.

I tried adding a message in the exception event to call onRequestEnd, but that doesn't work all the time, it depends on what kind of exception is thrown.

Sorry I am not sure of the MG version, I think the version indicating file has been removed from my files.
