The "reset" attribute of the <result> tag not implemented

The "reset" attribute of the <results> tag documented in the ModelGlue XML reference is not implemented in Model-Glue 3.

Even in Model-Glue 2 this was a rarely used attribute, and nobody else so far has noticed its absence, so it does not appear to be very important.
