Environment: tested in OpenBD/Debian and CF8/IIS

When using event generation, the child elements of the <views> tag are not named <include ... /> as they were expected to be in previous versions of MG, and instead are <name .../>. If this change is intentional, I wasn't able to find any documentation on that. For what it's worth, this does not cause errors, which is why I've labeled it "minor."
